做好準備

聽聞Yahoo Blog會在9月26日正式轉版面，我不知道你的讀blog習慣，但我就需要作出以下準備。

我不介意自己blog的版面會變成怎麼樣，我最介意的，是找不到習慣看的blog友們。

新的版面沒有「人氣blog」，也沒有「精選blog」，即是不可從這途徑再找到一些我平時有看開但不回應，亦不認識blog主的網誌了。

另外，新版面又好像沒有「blog友清單」，我平時每天都會用這些連結探望我自己的blog友仔。有時候也會看看「誰連繫著我」，「最近訪客」等等。

還有，不知你有沒有這習慣，有時候，我會透過其中一些blog友，再以他們的「我的blog友」看看其他不太熟悉的blog。

就這樣跳來跳去，已經可以看齊我平時想看的blog。

但可見的將來，這方法應該不可行了。

這兩天，我將要認真地將所有「blog友清單」的朋友仔，及平時有看的blog全部獨立標籤好，（我平時也有一個清單，但都是非Yahoo Blog的用戶）。那麼有天醒來，突然發現自己blog的版面已被改造時，也不會惶恐找不到我的朋友仔了。

我想用平常心及比較正面的態度去面對這個改變（聽說新版可大大杜絕廣告回應）。我知道有些blog友可能會因為轉版面而停寫或搬遷，希望有緣再會吧。

Missoni for Target

我老公對時裝沒特別興趣，但假如你問他老婆喜歡什麼牌子，他一定知道意大利名牌Missoni是老婆大人超喜愛的牌子之一。

有看我blog的朋友都知道，我比較喜歡色彩繽紛花紋特別的衣服，Missoni可說是箇中的表表姐，但一件Missoni上衣閒閒地幾千元，我亦只曾經擁有一件(不幸在一次洗衣時勾難了，非常心痛)！我常跟老公說，如果中彩票，要去買很多Missoni!

所以幾個月前得知Missoni會跟美國零售集團Target合作製作一系列時服及日用品時，你可以想像我是多期待、多興奮！一路留意著公佈開買的時間，望穿秋水，終於等到9月13日。

為免XS碼快斷貨，一早起床，更早起床的老公即告訴我，網上新聞說紐約幾間Target都在開門後幾分鐘至十分內搶購一空，我就立即要求他陪我一起去。

一到場已有幾位女士圍在掛著Missoni女裝的貨架，幸好她們都不是加細碼人士，讓我可盡情慢慢看。

跟著就到童裝部，我知道Target童裝加大碼一般我都穿得到，果然又有著落。

之後到廚具部，有幾個太太圍著，我就急急拿幾件。因為趕上班，又不想老公繼續成為團團師奶們的唯一一個大男人，所以急掃10分鐘後就即走人。

回公司後，已發現Target網站失效(原來早上7時多已失效)，即是說跟一些只在網上供應的貨品無緣了！


一整個早上心癢癢，終於忍不住午飯時間再到公司附近的另一間Target再看，今次集中看家庭用品，又尋到寶。

下午在一段很短的時間，終於能進入網站，第一時間再買幾件網上貨品，收到購買確定電郵時鬆了一口氣。

財散人安樂！

選擇狗糧

閒來看看其他哥基狗主或不同狗主的blog，有時會看到狗狗腸胃不適，甚至要看獸醫，就想起把Blaze交給我的繁殖家曾給我這些忠告。

她說純種哥基犬的祖先全來自英國，在很久以前那裡餵狗飼料是沒有小麥(wheat)的，雖然之後很多哥基被送到海外繼續繁殖，但基因仍在，所以有不少哥基犬都對含小麥的狗糧出現敏感反應，有些可能腸胃不適，有些可能皮膚容易痕癢，但因為小麥(與粟米corn)相對於其他狗糧原材料便宜又易飽肚，所以現在很多狗糧都以小麥及粟米作主要成份。她叫我盡量不要讓Blaze食含太多小麥的狗糧及零食，亦希望我盡量不要買在一般超市銷售的狗糧，因為那些牌子一般質素欠佳。

雖然我不知道她的意見是否有科學根據，但她繁殖了哥基十幾年又要保持競賽犬健康狀態及毛色理想，我是十分尊重她的專業意見的。

她給了我一篇如何為狗糧評分的文章，我想在這裡分享(但必須聲明這是個人意見，只作參考)。

How to Grade Your Dog's Food

Start with a grade of 100:

1) For every listing of "by-product", subtract 10 points
2) For every non-specific animal source ("meat" or "poultry", meat, meal or fat) reference, subtract 10 points
3) If the food contains BHA, BHT, or ethoxyquin, subtract 10 points
4) For every grain "mill run" or non-specific grain source, subtract 5 points
5) If the same grain ingredient is used 2 or more times in the first five ingredients (i.e. "ground brown rice", "brewer's rice", "rice flour" are all the same grain), subtract 5 points
6) If the protein sources are not meat meal and there are less than 2 meats in the top 3 ingredients, subtract 3 points
7) If it contains any artificial colorants, subtract 3 points
8 ) If it contains ground corn or whole grain corn, subtract 3 points
9) If corn is listed in the top 5 ingredients, subtract 2 more points
10) If the food contains any animal fat other than fish oil, subtract 2 points
11) If lamb is the only animal protein source (unless your dog is allergic to other protein sources), subtract 2 points
12) If it contains soy or soybeans, subtract 2 points
13) If it contains wheat (unless you know that your dog isn't allergic to wheat), subtract 2 points
14) If it contains beef (unless you know that your dog isn't allergic to beef), subtract 1 point
15) If it contains salt, subtract 1 point

Extra Credit:
1) If any of the meat sources are organic, add 5 points
2) If the food is endorsed by any major breed group or nutritionist, add 5 points
3) If the food is baked not extruded, add 5 points
4) If the food contains probiotics, add 3 points
5) If the food contains fruit, add 3 points
6) If the food contains vegetables (NOT corn or other grains), add 3 points
7) If the animal sources are hormone-free and antibiotic-free, add 2 points
8 ) If the food contains barley, add 2 points
9) If the food contains flax seed oil (not just the seeds), add 2 points
10) If the food contains oats or oatmeal, add 1 point
11) If the food contains sunflower oil, add 1 point
12) For every different specific animal protein source (other than the first one; count "chicken" and "chicken meal" as only one protein source, but "chicken" and "" as 2 different sources), add 1 point
13) If it contains glucosamine and chondroitin, add 1 point
14) If the vegetables have been tested for pesticides and are pesticide-free, add 1 point

94-100+ = A
86-93 = B
78-85 = C
70-77 = D
<70 = F

我只得Blaze一隻狗，她又吃得不多又沒有零食，一包大狗糧幾十美金吃三幾個月，我一定不會在狗糧上慳。


繁殖家也說，如狗狗患上腸胃不適痾或嘔，又或者做完手術或生完小狗要補充營養，都可以用罐頭南瓜餵飼，因為南瓜溶容易被吸收又有營養。希望其他狗主也用得著吧。
